Qualifications

• 4-6 years of building maintenance experience.
• Experience managing others preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Oversees the property budget and cash flow after debt service to maximize financial performance.
• Coordinates vendor/contractor communications, scheduling, billing, and insurance certifications with the corporate office.
• Schedules, trains, supervises, and evaluates maintenance personnel and ensures required training is completed.
• Ensures property goals for response and completion times are met and work orders are prioritized for timely completion.
• Oversees purchase orders and maintains compliance with approved budgets and company policies.
