Vidalta Property Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical assets of our property portfolio. The role emphasizes customer service, timely work-order completion, safety compliance, and thorough make-ready inspections.

Ideal candidates bring diverse repair skills, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Proficiency with tools and a valid driver’s license are preferred. On-site position with potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and service requests.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and work orders; prioritize emergencies.
• Perform routine and complex repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Execute make-ready/unit turnover tasks with pre-move-in inspections and punch lists.
• Maintain safety, compliance and proper documentation of maintenance work.
• Provide professional, courteous resident interactions and clear progress updates.
