Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at Tiburon Ridge. You will assist in carrying out corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Daily duties include grounds and common area upkeep, responding to requests, following safety standards, participating in on-call emergencies, and contributing to resident relations.

Qualifications

• On-site software functions and basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders promptly.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in shop and use of tools.
