Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance of our Tiburon Ridge community. The role involves daily onsite upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas, with prompt response to resident requests and work orders.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and collaboration with maintenance staff and community managers. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required, with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect and repair grounds, buildings, and facilities to prevent hazards and ensure safety.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs and follow Asset key policies and safety guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and maintain good resident relations.
