Job summary

Related Group is seeking a maintenance-oriented individual for property upkeep and routine cleaning across multiple sites in Texas. Responsibilities include cleaning, light repairs, and ensuring common areas are presentable and safe for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (preferred) and at least one year of maintenance or cleaning experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to lift heavy objects. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year hands-on maintenance or cleaning experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment. Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replace light bulbs and maintain common areas.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways and office spaces.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies; wash walls and windows.
• Transport trash to disposal areas and manage waste.
• Cut and trim grass if required; move small equipment on property.
