Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a goal-oriented maintenance worker to join our property services team. You will perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks across multiple areas, ensuring safety and quality in common spaces and units.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience, a high school diploma (preferred), and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy items are required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year hands-on maintenance or cleaning experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift and work heavy equipment; valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replace light bulbs and maintain common areas.
• Clean rooms, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways and offices.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels and woodwork.
• Transport trash to disposal area and empty containers.
• Move small equipment on property.
