Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking an Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate maintenance operations for the Promenade community in Irvine. You will lead Service Managers and contractors, ensure safety, financial performance, and adherence to company standards.

This role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, vendor management and a focus on preventive maintenance, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license; maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire maintenance staff and approve onboarding plans.
• Direct Service Managers through daily, weekly and monthly planning and set vision for the team.
• Plan for succession, mentor staff and prepare for future promotions.
• Ensure safety training is delivered and maintain regulatory compliance.
