Qualifications

• EPA 608 (Core & Type II) certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, written and verbal.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 48 lbs, ladder use, and travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, coaches and manages performance of team members.
• Anticipates customer needs and delivers exemplary service.
• Maintains community common areas and vacants to standards and resolves hazards.
• Oversees work orders, unit turnovers, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.
