Job summary

The Irvine Company Apartment Communities in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Community Manager to lead all aspects of the Enclave community operations, including onsite team leadership, financial performance, resident relations, and property aesthetics.

You will train and develop staff, coach leasing, manage budgets and revenue opportunities, and collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure service excellence and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years of management experience in a customer service environment; leasing experience preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance as required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual ability a plus.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team and oversee financial performance of the property.
• Develop resident relations and maintain community aesthetics.
• Coach leasing process and oversee leasing manager at larger communities.
• Build relationships with internal/external customers to provide best-in-class service.
• Monitor key metrics and advise on pricing and budget planning.
• Ensure policies and corporate standards are followed; coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
