Job summary

Essex-Property-Trust in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support maintenance operations across our portfolio. You will manage service requests, coordinate vendors, and assist in project support, working closely with GOMs and Maintenance Supervisors.

This role is primarily on-site with some remote communication when needed. Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, excellent organization, and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management or CRM software.
• Prior experience in customer service or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize service requests using SightPlan.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with residents for move-outs as needed.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services and track related work orders.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling for unit turnovers and maintenance projects.
• Respond to onsite emergencies and coordinate with the onsite team.
• Assist in scheduling property access for projects and communicate work completion to residents.
