Job summary

Essex Property Trust is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor in Bellevue, WA to oversee all maintenance operations across communities. This role focuses on maintaining the physical asset, managing the budget to improve NOI, and delivering a quality living environment for residents.

The position may require after-hours on-call responsibilities and reports to the Community Manager or General Operations Manager. Strong leadership and on-site operations experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management industry or related experience.
• HVAC and/or CPO license preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; golf carts used on-site.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance technicians, assign tasks, ensure high-quality work.
• Manage personnel lifecycle from hiring to performance management and development.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Respond to and prioritize resident work orders, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Maintain property inspections and regulatory compliance with safety/building codes.
