Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in property management or related maintenance role.
• HVAC and/or CPO license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for onsite operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team and assign tasks to ensure high-quality work.
• Manage personnel lifecycle including performance reviews and development.
• Provide on-the-job training and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Oversee repairs and prioritize resident work requests for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
