• Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate all maintenance personnel, ensuring required training is completed.
• Prioritize work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure on-time response and completion times for work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Establish emergency on-call procedures and oversee safety compliance.
