Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to safeguard the property's physical condition, lead a maintenance team, and ensure safety and readiness of units and facilities. The role involves preventive maintenance, inspections, make-ready work, and coordinating with leadership for efficient operations.

The candidate will oversee scheduling, training, and performance of maintenance staff, manage equipment and tools, and ensure compliance with safety

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in building maintenance.
• Experience with administrative reporting (Yardi preferred).
• Experience managing others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Support after-hours Emergency Call program.
• Manage company-owned equipment and small tools.
• Make-ready vacant units and inspect property regularly.
• Establish preventive maintenance procedures and safety compliance.
• Prepare purchase orders and source parts/supplies.
• Assist in unit inspections and project maintenance tasks.
• Support maintenance coordination with the Maintenance Director and Community Director.
• Contribute to resident retention programs and safety improvements.
