Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager and maintain property safety and operations. The role focuses on resident satisfaction, cost control, and on‑time service delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, budgeting, bid solicitation, and ensuring OSHA compliance. The position requires emergency responsiveness, preventative maintenance planning, and team mentoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years multifamily maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• EPA certification required; CPO preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; basic project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain property grounds and interior to RPM standards.
• Manage operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and track progress and records.
• Ensure safety, compliance with codes, and incident reporting.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Coordinate with property manager and respond to emergencies.
• Mentor maintenance staff to improve skills and service quality.
