Gables Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead service operations across our communities. You will supervise the on-site service team, coordinate inspections, and partner with the General Manager to meet budgets and timelines.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, vendor management, and staff development to ensure exceptional resident service and compliant operations across properties.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years’ experience in apartment maintenance.
• EPA Certification Type I and II.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee service operations and ensure timely maintenance across communities.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and schedule repairs.
• Manage budgets and purchase orders; supervise vendors.
• Mentor and train on-site service teams; drive safety and compliance.
