Job summary

Gables Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance operations, supervise the on-site team, and ensure excellence in resident service. You will inspect properties and collaborate with the General Manager to stay within budget while delivering reliable service.

You will mentor staff, implement preventative maintenance programs, and adapt to community needs while upholding company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team and completing inspections to comply with regs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with deadlines.
• Ability to implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Budget awareness when purchasing supplies and scheduling vendors.
