Job summary

Westminster Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager in the United States (Alexandria, VA area) to lead a maintenance team and oversee daily tasks, inspections, training, and vendor coordination. You will manage service requests, preventive and emergency Repairs, and keep the property in top condition while fostering resident relations.

You will develop and manage budgets, track inventory, and drive safety and compliance across the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property management or 5+ years in property management.
• Deep knowledge of maintenance practices and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with fair housing regulations.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a maintenance team to deliver service.
• Oversee community maintenance work, repairs, and service requests.
• Maintain maintenance programs to protect the property.
• Manage inventories and equipment.
