Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of a multi-family property, manage staff, control costs, and maintain safety standards. The role emphasizes timely repairs, resident satisfaction, and adherence to OSHA regulations.

The position requires supervisory experience, EPA certification, and a strong background in facilities maintenance, with on-site work and after-hours availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required/preferred.
• EPA certification required for the role.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and develop a skilled team.
• Maintain operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, compliance with codes, and incident reporting.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
