Job summary

Aventine is seeking a Service Manager in Fort Worth, TX to oversee all maintenance and make-ready activities for a multi-family community. You will supervise staff, schedule repairs, coordinate with residents, and ensure preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include budget management, coordinating training, and maintaining high property standards while collaborating with management and regional supervisors. This role is on-site at a Fort Worth property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification required.
• CPO certification required; CAMT preferred.
• Training in boiler repair, plumbing and mold detection/resolution required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and schedule maintenance activities for the property and staff.
• Coordinate requests and work orders for occupied units.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and coordinate safety trainings.
• Identify hazardous conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Manage maintenance budget and supplies and perform preventive maintenance.
