Job summary

Bell Partners, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Fort Worth community. This role leads maintenance staff, ensures interior and exterior upkeep, and coordinates repairs to keep residents safe and satisfied.

The ideal candidate has HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry knowledge, plus supervisory experience and strong customer service skills. Day/evening shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance staff and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Ensure community grounds, repairs and safety for residents and staff.
• Inspect property, plan preventive maintenance, coordinate lawn and outdoor services.
• Maintain Compliance Manual and safety protocols (OSHA).
• Respond to maintenance requests, prepare apartments for new residents, manage trash removal.
