Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily maintenance or related field.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, fixtures, hardware, and general apartment repairs.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, think on your feet, and know when to escalate issues.
• Reliable, accountable, safety-focused with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Maintenance with all maintenance requirements of the property.
• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion.
• Assist Lead Maintenance with the make-ready process.
• Maintain a clean community and a safe workspace.
• Maintain swimming pool as needed.
• Comply with safety policies by attending safety meetings and completing required training.
• Demonstrate strong customer service by addressing resident questions and completing work orders efficiently.
