Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance operations across the property. You will perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, maintaining grounds, common areas, and a safe environment.

Daily tasks include responding to work orders, assisting in make-ready processes, and supporting resident relations with a strong emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in on-call emergency at the community and support Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure repairs and replacements are completed in a timely manner and comply with safety standards.
• Participate in unit inspections and enforce community policies delegated by supervisor.
