Job summary

The Maintenance Supervisor at RangeWater Residential, LLC oversees the upkeep of interior and exterior property areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality across buildings, grounds, and amenities. The role leads a maintenance team, handles work orders, and supports budget planning and safety compliance.

Typical hours are 40 per week (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 10am–5pm, Sun 1pm–5pm) with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervision experience.
• Ability to manage and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Proficiency with property management software.
