Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's maintenance team and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality. You will manage work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors and the Community Manager.

The role requires supervisory experience, familiarity with apartment maintenance, and knowledge of OSHA standards. A strong customer-service orientation and flexibility to work weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience leading maintenance teams.
• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team; hire, train, evaluate personnel.
• Handle work orders and resident service requests; diagnose and repair issues.
• Inspect site and contractors to ensure quality, safety and compliance.
• Assist in budget development; manage maintenance and capital expenses with the Community Manager.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance and safety briefings.
• Respond to safety incidents and maintain a safe, clean property.
