Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to protect, maintain, and enhance the community while maximizing residents’ living experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in property maintenance, strong customer service, pool maintenance knowledge, and the ability to lift 75 lbs and work weekends. You will oversee grounds, assist with repairs, ensure curb appeal, manage turnovers, and coordinate with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool maintenance required.
• Must lift up to 75 lbs. and stand 8–12 hours.
• Weekend work and on-call emergencies may be required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds and buildings clean and well maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain safe, tidy common areas and clubhouse.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and turnovers.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
