Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain and enhance the value of a residential community. You will resolve resident maintenance issues promptly and ensure high standards across facilities and pools.

The role requires 3-5 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 75 lbs and work 8–12 hour shifts. Weekend and on-call availability is expected. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand 8-12 hours.
• Willing to work weekends and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Operates and maintains equipment safely per OSHA and EPA guidelines.
• Responds to work orders, including after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Assists with inspection of public areas and resident apartments.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
