The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of pool service, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and availability for weekends and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
• Must lift at least 75 lbs and stand 8-12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility and grounds according to community objectives.
• Operate and repair facility equipment following safety and OSHA programs.
• Respond to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Inspect public areas and apartments to ensure maintenance standards.
• Follow air conditioning and refrigeration record-keeping requirements.
• Maintain pools and spas water chemistry and sanitation.
• Keep storage areas, tools, and equipment secure.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
