Job summary

AION Management is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Hunters Crossing Apartments to oversee all maintenance and service operations at the property level. You will lead the maintenance team, execute preventative programs, respond to requests and emergencies, and ensure life-safety and regulatory compliance to protect asset value and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• OSHA 10 preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for residential units, common areas, and building systems.
• Ensure timely response to service requests, unit turns, inspections, and emergency repairs.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety, and mechanical equipment.
• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians and service staff.
