Job summary

AION Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs for residential units and building systems. You will support preventative maintenance programs, respond to service requests, and help ensure life-safety compliance across the property.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Trade School Certification is a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with unit turns, inspections, repairs and occupancy readiness.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
• Document work and inspections in the maintenance system.
• Follow safety policies and comply with life-safety standards.
