Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Director to oversee maintenance and operate across the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities in Florida. You will manage work orders, supervise the make-ready process, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor coordination, and adherence to OSHA and safety policies, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED; college or technical degree preferred.
• OSHA knowledge and ability to follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assists with and completes work orders from resident requests and performs routine maintenance as directed.
• Oversees the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinates vendors and inspections.
• Develops and maintains standards for cleanliness and appearance across grounds, buildings and common areas.
• Inspects work and ensures quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains inventory and supports budget planning and cost-control efforts.

Education
