Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the assigned property in Euless, TX. You will ensure the property complies with Avenue5 policies and all regulations while supporting risk management and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, overseeing preventative maintenance, and mentoring the maintenance team to uphold safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance functions in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, window/door repair, tile work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, and elevator upkeep.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
