Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a lease-up property in Rowlett, TX. You will oversee the property's maintenance, coordinate apartment turns, and ensure quality service to residents.

You will perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs; manage on-call schedules; train staff; supervise vendors; and help implement preventive maintenance programs while keeping safety and EPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred. If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Schedule apartment turns and turn vacant units in three to five business days.
• Maintain common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
• Maintain pool(s) and/or Jacuzzi(s).
• Train maintenance employees.
• Assist in vendor selection and inspections.
• Maintain required logbooks and records.
• Ensure EPA requirements are met and comply with Fair Housing laws.
• Walk move-outs with Property Manager to assess repairs and costs.
