Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across communities. The role focuses on prompt service, efficient apartment turns, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will supervise on-call rotations, manage preventive maintenance programs, train staff, and coordinate with the Property Manager and vendors to control costs and improve resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Prompt and efficient service calls per policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Schedule all apartment turns and turn vacant units in 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas and landscaping upkeep.
• Maintain pools and/or jacuzzis and ensure safety compliance.
• Train maintenance staff and assist in vendor selection.
• Maintain logbooks and EPA compliance.
