Job summary

ZRS Management in Dallas, TX seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, schedule turns, and ensure prompt, professional service for residents. This role leads maintenance staff, coordinates with the Property Manager, inspects work, manages vendors, tracks key property information, and supports the preventive maintenance program across communities.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

Respond to service calls promptly per policy.
On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
Schedule apartment turns and turnover within 3–5 business days.
Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry repairs.
Maintain common areas, pools, and equipment in a safe, clean condition.
Inspect and approve the work of outside contractors; ensure insurance requirements are met.
Support budget adherence and vendor selection; train maintenance staff.
