Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on skilled maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, with strong emphasis on safety and resident service.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep units and common areas in excellent condition, handle turnover tasks within 3–5 days, and participate in a preventive maintenance program while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, certification within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklists.
• Maintain common areas and monitor building exterior for issues like roof or siding.
• Support a preventive maintenance program and ensure safety of equipment and structures.
