Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience in a multifamily community.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with renovations or capital improvements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily property operations to meet income goals and stay within budget.
• Manage on-site staff and foster a culture of trust, growth, and accountability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Identify strategies to improve property performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws and local regulations.
• Oversee apartment renovations and upgrades as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and emergencies with professionalism.
• Maintain records and reporting in property management software (ResMan a plus).
