The role includes mentoring staff and coordinating with the Property Manager to maintain high standards of property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years related experience required.
• At least one year related Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff.
• Manage teams of Maintenance Technicians, Housekeepers, Groundskeepers and Porters.
• Delegate schedules and priorities for work orders, turns, pools, and grounds.
• Monitor projects to ensure timely completion and proper follow-up communication.
