Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across its properties. You will supervise the maintenance staff, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance, manage vendors, and ensure safety and compliance with policies.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and the ability to lead a team. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential, with after-hours availability for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience, including supervisory experience.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and work orders.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
• Inspect grounds, common areas, and vacant units.
• Coordinate apartment turns and vendor management.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations, including after-hours calls.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist with budgeting.
