Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for ensuring optimal operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems. You will lead a maintenance team, manage costs, and ensure timely completion of unit turns while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires significant experience across trades, strong leadership, and a focus on preventative actions to uphold safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of facilities maintenance experience in multifamily or hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• EPA Universal Certification required; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, technical specifications, budget tracking, and scheduling for maintenance projects.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems prior to scheduling repairs.
• Lead maintenance team on scheduling, duties, and performance.
