Trinity Management Company, L.L.C. seeks a property maintenance professional to complete general inspections, service requests, apartment turns, and various repairs across Trinity properties, including pool care, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, timely service, and strong communication with supervisors, residents, and vendors to uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards across properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC, EPA, OSHA certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete general inspections and maintenance requests for Trinity properties.
• Perform pool care and ensure safety and compliance.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and minor carpentry.
• Prepare and manage work orders with prioritization (emergency vs. non-emergency).
• Maintain vehicles and power tools; respond to emergencies within 15 minutes on-call.
• Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
