Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operation of internal and external building systems across multifamily properties. You will lead a maintenance team, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate preventative actions to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong experience in multiple trades, a focus on cost-effective solutions, and a commitment to high service levels for residents and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance in Multifamily or Hospitality
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting
• Working knowledge of appliances required
• EPA Universal Certification required
• CPO Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Set scope, technical specifications, budget tracking, schedule, material and equipment requirements, subcontractor/vendor bidding and management, and overall planning and execution of cost-effective facility and maintenance projects
• Anticipate potential problems and implement/oversee preventative actions to ensure safety and operations procedures
• Provide leadership and development of the maintenance team regarding scheduling, duties, and performance
• Direct and oversee all maintenance work orders and unit turns with a focus on customer service
• Complete unit inspections and maintain documentation
• Organize, maintain, and utilize supplies cost-effectively
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems prior to scheduling repairs
• Repair issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry
• Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed
• Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
• Complete additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Maintain ongoing professional development and participation in company education programs
• Regular attendance and possible nights/weekends/holidays as required
