Job summary

TRINITY MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep across Trinity Management properties. You will handle general repairs, preventive maintenance, and pool care under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

The role requires at least 3 years of residential maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC, EPA, OSHA certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Complete service requests within 48 hours.
• Manage turns to meet move-in dates and standards.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain vehicles and tools; respond to emergencies within 15 minutes.
• Ensure curb appeal and cleanliness of the property and common areas.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA, and company policies.
• Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor and residents effectively.
• Provide strong customer service and follow-up.
