Ascentia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff and daily operations across our manufactured housing communities. You will supervise buildings, grounds, and equipment, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with the Community Manager and vendors.

This full-time role requires on-call availability, strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with preventive maintenance and basic trades; Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required to handle AC/heating systems and ensure code compliance.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation are essential for resident relations.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and basic trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Ability to document work orders and manage on-call schedules.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance of buildings and grounds to keep property safe, attractive and well‑maintained.
• Manage maintenance staff, assign tasks, monitor performance and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage contracts and oversee capital improvements.
• Control costs within budget and assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure on-call coverage and prompt response to service requests.
