Ascentia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep community buildings, grounds and storage areas in excellent condition and to deliver strong resident service. The role involves a variety of trades including painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, with responsibilities for move-ins/outs, utility connections and safety compliance.

This is a full-time, in-person position requiring a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid/active driver's license
• Property maintenance experience (multi-family and/or manufactured housing) preferred
• HVAC certification preferred
• Authorization to work in the US

Responsabilités

• Performs property maintenance including painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and septic tank, pool maintenance, heating and cooling repairs, vehicle repairs and equipment repairs
• Maintains all community buildings and common areas
• Walks the property daily to keep areas neat and litter-free
• Inspects and replaces exterior lighting
• Responds to service orders and carries out duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor, CM or DM
• Communicates daily with Team Leader on outstanding service orders and projects
• Provides status updates to residents and completed service orders
• Ensures resident satisfaction by timely completion of orders within guidelines
• Responds to emergency calls promptly
• Prepares for home move-ins/move-outs including utility connections
• Carries out utility connections to each home (water, sewer, gas, electric)
• Maintains all community-owned homes with two-week turnaround
• Helps control expenditures and suggests capital improvements
• Adheres to safety compliance and maintains attendance
