Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property upkeep under the Maintenance Supervisor, delivering high standards of customer service and curb appeal.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, maintain safety standards, respond to emergencies, and interact professionally with residents to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance skills demonstrated.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds.
• General carpentry duties: wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass, door/lock repair and tile work.
• Proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator and more.
• Maintain work orders ensuring timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify issues.
• Assist with emergencies and after-hours maintenance; respond promptly.
• Promote safety and risk management per regulations.
• Interact professionally with residents to ensure curb appeal and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with residents, other properties and agencies.
