Job summary

WRH Realty Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the on-site maintenance team, manage repairs, and maintain systems and records across the property.

You will ensure safety, stay compliant with EPA/OSHA rules, coordinate with residents, and keep assets in top condition while providing reliable service.

Improve efficiency, lead a culture of safety, and mentor maintenance staff to deliver high-quality property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: meet all physical demands.
• Qualification test: 70% or higher on Maintenance Manager Qualification Test.
• Experience: minimum 3 years in property maintenance or related field.
• Licenses: PMC license (Duval County, FL), EPA Type II, and CPO.
• Certifications: CAMT certification required.
• Transportation: valid driver's license and insurance.
• Skills/Knowledge: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, pool systems, safety protocols.
• Work schedule: 40 hours/week, on-call and weekends.
• Outdoor work: comfortable outdoors year-round.
• Customer service: strong, positive attitude.

• Prioritize and handle resident service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and logs.
