Job summary
WRH Realty Services, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the preservation of our properties. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager, participate in 24-hour on-call rotations, and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure asset integrity.

Qualifications
- Must meet physical requirements and be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
- Minimum 2 years of property maintenance or equivalent field experience.
- EPA Certification Type II or higher is required.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, pool systems and HVAC is expected.
Responsibilities
- Monitor turns, vacant units and move outs.
- Maintain exterior appearance for curb appeal.
- Complete work orders and perform preventative maintenance.
- Handle trash daily and record maintenance costs.
- Check irrigation systems; assist with pool and appliance maintenance.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
- Perform basic repairs to plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
