The Franklin Group is a West Palm Beach–based property management company focused on multifamily housing. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance teams, coordinates work orders, and ensures safety and efficiency across the community.

Key duties include inventory control, scheduling preventative maintenance, supervising staff, and managing vendor relationships to keep grounds and buildings in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required; CAMT highly recommended.
• Fair Housing certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to supervise maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies for maintenance teams.
• Respond promptly to work orders and prepare make-readies.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance across the site.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Supervise in-house and vendor work and coordinate schedules.
• Provide training and support for maintenance staff.
