Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years of related experience.
• HVAC certification required; CAMT is highly recommended; Fair Housing certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and respond to work orders promptly.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Provide training and performance feedback to staff.
