The Franklin Group, based in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure efficient upkeep of the community.

Responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling preventive maintenance, and enforcing safety standards. HVAC certification is required, CAMT encouraged, with opportunities to develop leadership skills in a growing multifamily company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years of related experience.
• HVAC certification required; CAMT is highly recommended; Fair Housing certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Supervise maintenance team and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and respond to work orders promptly.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Provide training and performance feedback to staff.
